A built-in MCP server
OneMCP registers a streamable HTTP endpoint inside WordPress. Claude, Grok, Codex, Cursor, VS Code, Windsurf, OpenCode, Antigravity, and Gemini CLI connect to that URL with an application password. Supported protocol versions are 2025-11-25, 2025-06-18, 2025-03-26, and 2024-11-05.
- Direct Streamable HTTP JSON-RPC endpoint at
wp-json/onemcp/v1/mcp - Session header
Mcp-Session-Id, kept for 12 hours - No hosted relay. Calls stay on this WordPress site
Intelligent Page Builder AST Manipulation
OneMCP Pro reads a builder document as an outline and merges settings into one element. The free plugin does not edit page-builder layouts. When a builder owns the page, use that builder's tools instead of replacing the content with raw HTML.
- Pagelayer pages, posts, templates, widgets, and global styles
- Elementor, SeedProd, Divi, Bricks, Beaver Builder, and Breakdance
- Create a document or theme template from that builder's widgets

Permissions and an activity log
Each tool checks a WordPress capability such as edit_posts, upload_files, or manage_options. The activity log stores the ability, user, result, and time in {prefix}onemcp_log.
- WordPress core tools start on. Other write tools start off
- WordPress capability checks (
edit_posts,manage_options,manage_woocommerce) - Immutable database audit trail (
{prefix}onemcp_log) tracking every tool call
Stores, mail, SEO, cache, and backups
These tools load from OneMCP Pro when that plugin is active and the matching plugin is installed. Write tools in this group stay off until an administrator enables them.
- WooCommerce products, orders, customers, coupons, reviews, and refunds
- Cache reads and purges for eight plugins, with SpeedyCache first
- SEO fields, SMTP settings, a test email, Backuply, and Duplicator
